Black Ash Burl Fighter

This one is quite a handful. I forged the San-Mai blade from a billet of 1095 tool steel with 410 stainless steel jacketed sides. The take-down hardware includes a steel "S" guard that I "frosted" by blasting with fine coal slag. The handle material on this baby is a spectacular piece of stabilized Minnesota Black Ash Burl. Don't get no better.
