San-Mai Cowboy
Here is one I affectionately call the "San-Mai Cowboy". This has always been my vision of the genre of knives referred to as Cowboy Bowies.
Built fully take-down, the hardware, all 416 satainless steel, includes an oval guard, tooled spacer, butt cap and finial.
With a spectacular block of Desert Ironwood for the handle.
